AlphaFind is a quantitative research and strategy development platform operated by Phronesis Technologies Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand (NZBN: [to be confirmed]), trading as AlphaFind.
AlphaFind provides tools for market data research, strategy backtesting, charting, performance analysis, and community collaboration. AlphaFind is a technology product — it is not a financial institution, licensed broker, investment manager, or financial adviser. Nothing on the platform constitutes a regulated financial service under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (NZ) or any equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
To use AlphaFind, you must:
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
You must create an account to access most features of AlphaFind. When registering, you agree to:
You may not create more than one account per person, share accounts, or create accounts using automated means. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
AlphaFind offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans provide access to additional features, data coverage, and usage limits as described on our pricing page. Feature availability may change as the platform develops; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes to paid plan features.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may be subject to local taxes. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider and your full payment card details are not stored on AlphaFind's servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Australian Consumer Law).
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use AlphaFind only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Where AlphaFind provides connectivity to broker platforms, this is provided as a technical convenience only. AlphaFind is not acting as a broker or financial intermediary, and any trades executed through connected broker accounts are subject solely to your agreement with that broker.
AlphaFind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to AlphaFind in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) NZD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including any non-excludable consumer guarantees under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phronesis Technologies Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the platform in violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon closure, any paid subscription will be cancelled and your access to paid features will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Where it is practical to do so, we will provide advance notice.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 8, 11, 12, and 15 — shall continue to apply after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by prominent notice within the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of AlphaFind after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform and may close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. Users in certain jurisdictions may also have rights under their local consumer protection laws that cannot be overridden by this clause.
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
